About these terms
These terms apply when you use embreezi, a community, meet-up, communication, and memory-sharing service operated as a trading name of SO & CO ENTERPRISES LIMITED.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for anything posted, uploaded, or arranged through your embreezi account.
Communities and administrators
Community administrators are responsible for managing their communities, approving members, moderating messages and photos, reviewing suggested meet-ups, and making sure content and meet-ups are suitable for their members.
Member content
You are responsible for the messages, comments, images, meet-up suggestions, notes, and other content you add to the service. You must only share content you have the right to use and share.
Prohibited use
You must not use the service for illegal, harmful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, exploitative, pornographic, sexually explicit, violent, fraudulent, spam, or criminal content or activity. Content involving the sexual exploitation of children is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Age-appropriate communities
Users of any age may use the service. Administrators must consider the age range of their communities and approve only age-appropriate members, content, conversations, images, and meet-ups.
Moderation and enforcement
We reserve the right to review, remove, restrict, suspend, or cancel individual users, content, meet-ups, or whole communities if the service is misused or if we believe action is needed to protect people, communities, the service, or the law.
No liability for community activity
Communities, meet-ups, messages, comments, photos, invitations, and member decisions are created and managed by users and administrators. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for user content, community moderation decisions, meet-ups, member conduct, or losses arising from use of the service.
Illegal content
If illegal content or activity is identified, we may remove it, suspend or cancel accounts and communities, keep relevant information, and refer the matter to the relevant authorities.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, pause, or stop parts of the service. We may also update these terms when the service or legal requirements change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, unless consumer protection law gives you mandatory rights elsewhere.
